I have purchased this piece and have it now for few weeks. Keeping my pizza warm and fresh. Definitely recommended

Great Food Visibility

It has four glass sides so customers can see your delicious pies from any angle, and the double glass doors allow simple loading or unloading from the front or back. This makes the warmer great for self-serve applications as employees can load the warmer from one side and customers can serve themselves from the other!

Adjustable Heat Control

Inside, the cabinet features a water pan that provides active humidity to prevent food from drying out before being served. The adjustable humidity and heat control offers a range of 86-194 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires a 120V electrical connection and has an output of 1,500W.

It looks good but it gets condensation and yet the pizza still dries out and get hard. Not holding the food very well.
