We offer a warranty on most of our products when used within the parameters listed in the unit’s warranty. We are happy to check the warranty status for you on our products if necessary. The original order number with the company where the unit was purchased will serve as your proof of purchase and necessary to confirm warranty coverage. All warranties run from the date of purchase.

All of our products are designed for commercial operations only. Installation within a residence will void the warranty immediately.
ServIt equipment installed in/on a food truck or a mobile operation will be limited to a 30 day warranty from the original date of purchase.
We do not have Revit or CAD files available for our products.
We are unable to accommodate custom fabrication requests. However, if you customize the bags yourself, screen printing is recommended over embroidery so as not to jeopardize the integrity of the bags. Sewing through the insulation or lining could affect performance.
